"Ali our driver was excellent. For context, we were two teachers at the end of a school trip where we had been looking after a group of 15-18 year old girls. Our flight home was delayed so we did not get through arrivals until after 1am, which was quite a bit later than our scheduled arrival time. Ali was very communicative and reassuring over the phone when we found out about the delay, and he met us at arrivals. A couple of the teenage girls that had been in our group were having difficulties locating their taxis to get home, and Ali very kindly stepped in to help us get them to their cars, speaking with their drivers and making sure they were safe. This was hugely appreciated and we were really impressed with how he handled the situation. Ali was friendly, polite and professional, and extremely patient given the circumstances. His car was also very comfortable. Thank you for such an excellent service."
