"Nothing went wrong with the meet and greet. Your feedback form question assumes an airport pick up, however I booked service to the airport for my journey home (update your form questionnaire for better feedback). The driver was on time. He was very polite and considerate. He was very quiet which I appreciated as I was sad having to say goodbye. He loaded the luggage and unloaded at the airport. It was a busy time of day with traffic, and he navigated that well.
I took one-star off the review because the driver did not wear a mask as requested at booking. I am old and immunocompromised and the numbers for Covid infections and hospitalizations were high in Manchester. I wore my mask. Please be considerate of customer requests for masking and assign a driver who is able to honor the request, especially in times of higher community spread. "
