"The driver was on another job, but he politely explained that on the phone and gave a fairly accurate estimate of how long it would be for him to reach us, he said 15 mins it was was 30 mins but we were not concerned or annoyed and he was very helpful and polite when he arrived. I would not want this to reflect badly on him. Overall your service was excellent. The only reason for not leaving a tip is because of the late pick up."
