I was satisfied with the emails which provided updates on the progress of my booking.
The driver was ~2-3 minutes late which was minor but did create a little anxiety. I new email to say the driver was en route would be a useful addition.
I was charged £1.50 for SMS confirmation but I did not receive any SMSs."
