"The driver stayed in constant contact with me until we could find each other which wasn't easy due to the large crowds and chaotic traffic. He was friendly and did his very best to get me where I needed to go. He tried several different routes and when the journey was impossible to complete due to road closures he dropped me as near as I could in a place that was safe to walk in.
