"I thought I had booked executive travel... the vehicle arrived dirty... driver said he had not had time to wash it.
The return journey the vehicle broke down so we had to wait half an hour for an alternative vehicle.
All guests were wedding guests so I as the organiser was very embarrassed "

Our driver picking us up from Birmingham airport went above and beyond his job description won't bore you with the details but problems with my phone so driver couldn't contact me which I understand was frustrating he waited an hour for us , and was gracious when we eventually met up, I cannot speak highly enough of how professional this company are. I would highly recommended people reading this feedback to book them and stick with them ,I would definitely use them again if they would have me !"

My money has eventually been refunded after 2 weeks of emails. I would advise Taxicode to review it's practice in this regard. "
